About Me.
I've been coding since I was 12-years-old on a Commodore 64 and still love my craft. I pride myself on delivering websites that are a joy to use for both administrator and end user. I sink my teeth into backend integrations and love to deliver solutions that delight my clients.
There is a deluge of information to absorb every day and I want to learn it all. My superpower is learning quickly. While my decades of programming have exposed me to multitudes of languages, platforms and tools, I always want to learn more. Honing my craft never gets old.
In my free time, if I'm not coding a side project, I love to read and listen to all kinds of music (although jazz is my true love.)

About Healthcare
This healthcare services client had a myriad of offerings and was struggling to communicate this effectively to prospective customers. I was handed a beautiful design to implement. The Brix at Midtown
A straightforward website build with a backend that required integration with real estate platform APIs for current unit pricing. -Built at Grey Matter Group- Project Link.
Global Flourishing Study
A global, academic study, spearheaded by Baylor and Harvard Universities produced reams of data that needed to be presented succinctly. My colleague created a complex but elegant design that was a challenge to both execute on the frontend as well as provide simple tools on the backend. -Built at Grey Matter Group- Project Link.
Templeton Religion Trust
This research foundation funds hundreds of academic studies per year. The backend of this site is easy to use, but continues to be a development challenge as the organization's needs and content structure changes frequently. -Built at Grey Matter Group- Project Link.
Jelsma Graphics
A mom and pop embroidery shop had an old and inoperable website that needed rescuing. I volunteered my services with thoughts of a quick-turnaround WooCommerce site. This was not the case as the customization options were extremely complex. This is a scratch-built ecommerce solution built on top of WordPress with a custom Stripe payments integration. From a QuickBasic robotic interface in the 1990s to hacking on custom WordPress plugins today, I've had my hands on a lot of tech.
